Develop new business, manage existing accounts, analyze market trends, and support strategic growth initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales forecasts with production planning and product development.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage territory sales; develop and maintain customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and pursue new customers, markets, and applications (including PVC compounds).<\/li>\n<li>Conduct on-site customer visits; present product samples, data sheets, and technical information.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare pricing quotes, credit terms, sales forecasts, and expense reports.<\/li>\n<li>Provide competitive intelligence and marketing analysis to support strategic planning.<\/li>\n<li>Forecast business volume to improve planning and cost efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with production and scheduling to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Distribute promotional materials and support product launches and innovations.<\/li>\n<li>Attend monthly and quarterly on-site sales meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree and 4+ years of related sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in plastics, polymer, or related industrial materials sales.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient computer skills.<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license and ability to travel frequently.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally.<\/li>\n<li>Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
