Position: Sales Executive – Japanese Bilingual<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location: Torrance, CA | Hybrid after 3 months' probation period<\/strong><\/p>\n

Work Hours: 9:00 AM \u2013 6:00 PM<\/strong><\/p>\n

Status: Full-time, Exempt<\/strong><\/p>\n

Salary: $70-75k\/year (DOE) + Bonus | Competitive Benefit Package<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Japanese industrial manufacturer and distributor is seeking a Sales Executive to join its U.S. team in Torrance, CA. This position is responsible for B2B sales of industrial filtration products across the Americas. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and comfortable with travel and client-facing activities.<\/p>\n

<\/h3>\n

About the Company<\/h3>\n

The company specializes in industrial filtration products used in Electronics, Fine chemicals, Chemicals, Food & beverage, General industrial applications.<\/p>\n

Products include filter cartridges and filtration system equipment imported from Japan.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Manage full-cycle B2B sales to U.S. clients<\/li>\n
  • Sell company and partner products imported from Japan<\/li>\n
  • Meet with customers and distributors regularly<\/li>\n
  • Train distributors and accompany them on client visits (factories, R&D sites, etc.)<\/li>\n
  • Develop new distributors through cold calling and outreach<\/li>\n
  • Research new customers and expand market presence through distributor networks<\/li>\n
  • Conduct market research through trade shows, online research, and industry publications<\/li>\n
  • Provide translation\/interpretation support as needed<\/li>\n
  • Participate in weekly office meetings<\/li>\n
  • Submit weekly sales forecasts and activity reports<\/li>\n
  • Prepare annual sales targets and budgets<\/li>\n
  • Travel across the Americas (including trade shows and customer visits)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h3>\n

    Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Excellent English Communication Skill (Writing and Speaking)<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving ability<\/li>\n
    • No restrictions on travel throughout the Americas<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent work experience<\/li>\n
    • Valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Basic Japanese language skills<\/li>\n
      • Experience selling industrial consumables (especially to inkjet ink manufacturers)<\/li>\n
      • Experience in filtration products (air filters acceptable)<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of trade\/import-export operations<\/li>\n
      • Experience with industrial production equipment (valves, pumps, dispersers, etc.)<\/li>\n
      • Interest in expanding sales in the wine industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
