Joining this team means becoming part of an international network where you\u2019ll learn, grow, and build a career in global business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">We are seeking a driven and hands-on Senior Sales Representative to support the continued growth of our Steel Department.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">This role is ideal for someone currently working in inside sales, steel trading, purchasing, or supply chain coordination who is ready to expand into a more client-facing, strategic sales role.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">You will be involved in the full business cycle \u2014 from account management and pricing strategy to logistics coordination and inventory planning \u2014 while building strong partnerships with customers across industries such as automotive, construction, and processing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Regular visits to customer and supplier sites are required. A valid driver\u2019s license is mandatory.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">1. Account Management &amp; Sales Operations<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Manage assigned customer accounts, handling inquiries, delivery issues, claims, and daily coordination<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and processors<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Support negotiations and collaborate with senior team members on pricing and supply arrangements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Identify new business opportunities, applications, and product expansion within steel, stainless steel, and aluminum markets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Visit client sites for relationship development, testing coordination, and issue resolution.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">2. Business Planning &amp; Market Analysis<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Support pricing strategies and mid- to long-term sales planning<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and internal planning materials<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Analyze market trends, supply chain movements, and industry data to identify growth opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Contribute ideas to strengthen competitiveness and profitability<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">3.
