However, might be assigned for Telecommuting as Hybrid, depending on the client\u2019s needs.\u00a0Responsibilities include providing technical support on system administration timely manner. *<em>Job functions may differ depending on client\u2019s requirement.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16pt\">Essential Job Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7 <\/span>Serves as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or instant message, or walk-ins.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7 <\/span>Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves technical system, hardware and\/or software issues.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7 <\/span>Provides efficient and appropriate resolution and excellent customer service.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7 <\/span>Escalates unsolved complex issues to appropriate personnel in timely manner.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7 <\/span>Provides Tier 1-3 support for technical issues.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7 <\/span>Maintains records of technical issues inquired, provided resolutions and time spent to solve issues.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7 <\/span>Provides feedback received from end users to the superior.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7 <\/span>Identifies and suggests possible improvements on procedures.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7 <\/span>Keeps track of loaner laptops, mobile wifi, and other loaner devices.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7 <\/span>Maintains professional and good-natured relationship with end users.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16pt\">Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 12pt\">EDUCATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7 <\/span>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
