This role ensures HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently and supports employees and management in achieving organizational goals.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Support recruitment and selection activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation programs.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.<\/p>\n<p><span 7pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Support performance management processes, including evaluations and employee development initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Assist in employee relations matters, including addressing concerns and supporting investigations as needed.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Accurate and timely semi-monthly payroll processing.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Ensure compliance with company policies,
