This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to increase market presence and revenue.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients<\/li>\n<li>Conduct sales presentations and recommend tailored product and service solutions<\/li>\n<li>Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing<\/li>\n<li>Prepare proposals and contracts while effectively overcoming objections<\/li>\n<li>Analyze account potential and recommend strategic sales approaches<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competitive products and market trends<\/li>\n<li>Gather and relay customer feedback to support sales strategy development<\/li>\n<li>Provide weekly business reports to management outlining progress and strategy<\/li>\n<li>Continuously enhance product knowledge and professional expertise<\/li>\n<li>May be assigned other duties by managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3\u20135 years of sales experience in manufacturing or automotive industries (FA and\/or Robotics are preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in multinational environments is highly preferred<\/li>\n<li>English at an idiomatic level is a must.
