This role is ideal for a highly organized accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both independent work and cross-functional collaboration.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">Position: Accountanting Specialist <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Location: Laguna Hills, CA<\/p>\n<p>Work Hours: M- F 8:30-4:30 or 9-5 (1 hour lunch &#8211; actual work 35 hours\/week)<\/p>\n<p>Work Style: Hybrid 1-2 days\/week at the office<\/p>\n<p>Company: The company specializes in designing and manufacturing high-precision mixing and dispersion equipment, such as planetary centrifugal mixers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Salary Range: $65,000- $70,000\/year<\/p>\n<p>Benefit:  Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, Retirement Plan, Paid Vacation and Holidays<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable (A\/R)<\/li>\n<li>Post daily deposits in accounting software<\/li>\n<li>Perform bookkeeping and bank reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile credit card statements and merchant accounts<\/li>\n<li>Process invoices, apply payments, and support the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on past-due accounts and assist with collections as needed<\/li>\n<li>Record and track advance payments<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve customer A\/R discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Prepare customer audit statements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate data entry and verify financial transactions<\/li>\n<li>Review sales tax and exemption documentation<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with banks, CPAs, and external partners as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with warehouse regarding financial or inventory issues<\/li>\n<li>Review and process commission bills and 1099 reporting<\/li>\n<li>Support Accounts Payable functions as needed<\/li>\n<li>Process purchase orders and enter bills in the accounting system<\/li>\n<li>Update inventory reports based on warehouse receipts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of accounting experience required<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience with QuickBooks Online (mandatory)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Professional communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-24300","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Accounting Specialist - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/d3q8xutu1rneyj.cloudfront.net\/en\/job\/061692\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Accounting Specialist - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Accounting Specialist (Full-Time) We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team.
