This role sits at the intersection of AI, data, and enterprise platforms. You will lead system development from PoC through production, define technical direction, manage a small engineering team, and participate in technical discussions with OEM and enterprise clients.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Design and develop enterprise applications and knowledge platforms as a full-stack engineer<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Build AI-enabled systems leveraging LLMs and RAG architectures<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Lead system and solution architecture design<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Own implementation from PoC to production deployment<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Manage and mentor a small engineering team<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering quality<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Participate in technical discussions with clients and OEM partners<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support estimation, planning, and technical risk assessment<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 7+ years of professional software development experience (or equivalent)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong full-stack development experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Proven system and architecture design capabilities<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience delivering systems from PoC to production<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Team leadership and management experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Client-facing or stakeholder-facing experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Backend and API design experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Cloud-based development experience<\/p>\n<p><span>&#8212;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience building AI \/ ML applications<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Hands-on experience with LLM and RAG-based systems<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Knowledge platform or knowledge management system experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Enterprise system development experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience with technical documentation systems<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Automotive industry experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Internal tool development experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 New product or platform launch experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Knowledge graph experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Search \/ semantic search systems<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Workflow automation<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Data pipelines<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expected Technical Stack<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Python, JavaScript \/ TypeScript<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 React-based frontend frameworks<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 API backends (e.g., FastAPI)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 LLM \/ RAG architectures \/ Vector databases<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 SQL \/ NoSQL databases<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 AWS \/ Azure \/ GCP<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Docker, CI\/CD pipelines<\/p>\n<p><span>&#8212;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Leadership &amp;
