Key responsibilities include executive-level interpretation\/translation, internal communication support, coordination with U.S. subsidiaries, and communication with Japan headquarters. The role also includes accompanying executives to U.S. subsidiaries and supporting selected General Affairs (GA) tasks such as company vehicle management and invoice processing.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Main Duties\u3000\uff08Approximately, Translation\/Interpretation 70%, General Affairs 30%)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Executive Interpretation &amp; Translation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide simultaneous\/consecutive interpretation for executive meetings and high-level discussions.<\/li>\n<li>Translate executive documents, presentations, and confidential communications between Japanese and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Communication Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support communication with U.S. subsidiaries and Japan headquarters\/group companies.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing and delivering messaging for internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Support During U.S. Subsidiary Visits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accompany executives on business trips to subsidiaries in MI \/ NC \/ TX \/ IL \/ KY \/ TN. (Once a month or less)<\/li>\n<li>Provide on\u2011site interpretation and coordination during meetings, plant tours, and executive reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Document &amp; Presentation Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and translate reports, briefing materials, and presentations using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency with corporate standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>5. General Affairs (GA) Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage company vehicles (scheduling, maintenance coordination, tracking).<\/li>\n<li>Support invoice handling and general administrative tasks for executive operations.
