The role requires proactive client engagement and collaboration with internal teams and factory partners.<\/p>\n<p>This is a non-commission-based role.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and develop relationships with designers, architects, distributors, and other key clients<\/li>\n<li>Attend client meetings, present our products, and participate in project discussions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare quotations and follow through on sales processes<\/li>\n<li>Respond to enquiries and provide support to clients throughout the entire sales cycle<\/li>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact for clients during early project phases<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the internal team and factory to ensure smooth order fulfilment<\/li>\n<li>Arrange purchase orders (PO) with suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate project and client documentation<\/li>\n<li>Provide occasional assistance related to installation or after-maintenance matters if business needs require<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Installation attendance is not a regular duty of this position.
