{"id":24427,"date":"2026-03-02T20:45:06","date_gmt":"2026-03-02T20:45:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/061726\/"},"modified":"2026-03-26T20:22:15","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T20:22:15","slug":"061726","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/d3q8xutu1rneyj.cloudfront.net\/en\/job\/061726\/","title":{"rendered":"Outside Sales Representative"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A leading company of electric actuators, industrial robots is seeking an Outside Sales Representative.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to grow into technical sales or sales engineering roles<\/li>\n<li>Remote\/home-office flexibility combined with field-based customer work<\/li>\n<li>New graduates with an engineering background are welcome to apply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Title\u00a0<\/strong>Outside Sales Representative<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Home office\/Remote in St. Louis, MO<\/p>\n<p>\uff08Territory: Southern IL\/MO\/KS\/AR)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outside activities:\u00a0<\/strong>3-4 days\/week<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:\u00a0<\/strong>$65-75K base plus commission<\/p>\n<p>*Commission is based on a sales person\u2019s activity, but no guarantee<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefit:\u00a0<\/strong>Medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hours:\u00a0<\/strong>8:30am-5:00pm<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Outside Sales should work with distributors and end users for promoting products, advise or introduce how benefit end users earn by<\/p>\n<p>using their products, support their production technologies, resolve problem etc.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Report to National Sales Manager<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Work with distributors to sell and promote products.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Need to create and develop on-going business relationships, in an effort to increase market share and obtain sales growth.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Monitor and manage quotes activities and sales activities via CRM or other means.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Regular business travel is required to the customers in the territories.
