Position Overview<\/h3>\n

We are seeking a motivated Credit Analyst to support Business-to-Business credit operations across North America. This role focuses on evaluating customer creditworthiness, analyzing financial data, and supporting sound lending and leasing decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative office environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Conduct credit investigations and analyze financial information related to loans and leases<\/li>\n
  • Review financial statements, credit bureau reports, and industry data to assess risk<\/li>\n
  • Analyze financial conditions, trends, and key ratios<\/li>\n
  • Prepare clear summaries and recommendations regarding creditworthiness<\/li>\n
  • Maintain complete and accurate credit files, including financial statements and agency reports<\/li>\n
  • Support enhancements to credit scoring tools and internal decision processes<\/li>\n
  • Provide guidance and assistance to team members as needed<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with internal departments on accounts receivable and collections processes<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures<\/li>\n
  • Perform additional duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred<\/li>\n
    • 3\u20135 years of experience in credit risk, underwriting, or financial analysis<\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of financial statements and ratio analysis<\/li>\n
    • Experience with ERP\/CRM systems such as Dynamics AX and Salesforce<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of UCC-1\/PPSA regulations preferred<\/li>\n
    • Bilingual English\/Spanish highly desirable<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities<\/li>\n
    • Self-motivated and team-oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Work Environment & Physical Requirements<\/h3>\n

      This role operates primarily in an indoor office setting with standard business hours. The position requires prolonged sitting, frequent computer use, and occasional light lifting.<\/p>\n
