{"id":24458,"date":"2026-03-04T19:04:06","date_gmt":"2026-03-04T19:04:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/061766\/"},"modified":"2026-03-04T19:04:06","modified_gmt":"2026-03-04T19:04:06","slug":"061766","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/d3q8xutu1rneyj.cloudfront.net\/en\/job\/061766\/","title":{"rendered":"Financial Analyst &#8211; Japanese Bilingual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Financial Analyst \u2013 Japanese Bilingual<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Remote work is available.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>**Expert-level Japanese proficiency is required, as financial reports must be prepared in Japanese**<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Company<\/strong>: Residential homebuilding and development company that is part of a major Japanese housing and building materials group.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position<\/strong>: Financial Analyst \/ Accounting &amp; Administrative Assistant (Depending on Experience) (DOE)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Location<\/strong>: Dallas, TX or Rockville, MD *Remote work available<\/p>\n<p><strong>Working Schedule<\/strong>: Full-time (part-time could be negotiable)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary range<\/strong>: $60K + bonus (negotiable depending on skills and experience)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare monthly and consolidated financial reporting packages for U.S. subsidiary company to be submitted to the headquarters in Japan.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze financial performance and provide commentary on key trends, variances, and operational drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Consolidate financial data from multiple U.S. entities and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Gather qualitative insights and operational updates from branch managers across 19 U.S. locations and incorporate them into reports for headquarters.<\/li>\n<li>Support management in performance monitoring and business analysis through financial data interpretation and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accounting Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain bookkeeping records for subsidiary companies and ensure accurate financial documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Process invoices related to office operations (e.g., lease payments) and manage approval workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Issue and track invoices and oversee the collection process.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and manage billing-related records and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Coordination &amp; Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate closely with Japanese expatriate management and local leadership to gather financial and operational information.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate communication between U.S. operations and the headquarters in Japan regarding financial performance and reporting requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Affairs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support general administrative and office management tasks as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer: This job description is a sample and is for reference purposes only.
