<strong>Compensation:<\/strong> Up to <strong>$180,000<\/strong> (depending on experience) + Performance Bonus<\/p>\n<p> &#128338; <strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-Time<\/p>\n<h2>About the Role<\/h2>\n<p>We are seeking a <strong>high-performing Tax Manager or Senior Tax Associate<\/strong> to join our growing CPA practice supporting <strong>U.S. and Japan\u2013U.S. cross-border clients<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This role offers the opportunity to work with <strong>international businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and multinational organizations<\/strong>, providing both <strong>tax compliance and strategic advisory services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a <strong>detail-oriented tax professional with strong technical expertise and client management skills<\/strong>, who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced professional services environment.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage <strong>U.S. federal and state tax compliance<\/strong> for corporate and individual clients<\/li>\n<li>Support <strong>international and cross-border tax matters<\/strong>, particularly <strong>Japan\u2013U.S. taxation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Review tax returns, financial statements, and supporting workpapers prepared by staff<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a <strong>primary point of contact for client engagements<\/strong> and build long-term relationships<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal tax professionals and external advisors to deliver high-quality service<\/li>\n<li>Identify <strong>tax planning opportunities<\/strong> and contribute to advisory projects<\/li>\n<li>Ensure <strong>compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and internal controls<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Mentor and support junior staff members as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CPA license preferred<\/strong> (or actively pursuing)<\/li>\n<li><strong>5\u201310+ years of tax experience<\/strong>, ideally within a public accounting firm<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of <strong>U.S. corporate and individual taxation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>international or cross-border tax matters<\/strong> is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Strong <strong>communication, organizational, and leadership skills<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ability to <strong>manage multiple engagements and priorities<\/strong> independently<\/li>\n<li><strong>Japanese language proficiency required<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Compensation &amp;
