{"id":24479,"date":"2026-03-05T03:08:41","date_gmt":"2026-03-05T03:08:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/061760\/"},"modified":"2026-03-26T20:24:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T20:24:05","slug":"061760","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/d3q8xutu1rneyj.cloudfront.net\/en\/job\/061760\/","title":{"rendered":"Network Engineer -Japanese bilingual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>*Japanese language skills are required.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>A Japanese company is seeking a Network Engineer\/Senior Network Engineer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0New York, NY<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:\u00a0<\/strong>$55K-100K DOE<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work hours:<\/strong>\u00a09am-5pm plus overtime depending on clients&#039; needs<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Responsibilities\u3000<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">*Subject to change depending on experience and skills<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide installation, configuration, and ongoing technical support for IT systems, including servers, network, and telephony hardware\/software, both remotely and on-site assistance (with business trips if required), as well as the implementation, upgrading, and maintenance of these services and solutions.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across IT systems, servers, networks, and telephony hardware\/software, offering 24\/7 on-call support (not full shift duty) for critical incidents.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintain and troubleshoot network, server, and IT systems, ensuring they are operational and performing optimally.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Manage existing customer accounts, addressing all technical issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Analyzes potential client\u2019s needs, market trends, and demands to create tailored services and solutions utilizing available internet-related products, services, and technologies.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide technical consultation, recommendations, and guidance to customers based on market insights, technical expertise, and business requirements.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Manage both pre-sales and post-sales technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and completion by coordinating with vendors, sub-contractors, and internal teams.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Plan, coordinate, and execute the sales of new products and services such as network security solutions in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing departments.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintain and support backbone network in the U.S. region, ensuring timely delivery of services and network upgrades through close coordination with the global backbone team.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Lead and mentor junior engineers and team members throughout project implementation, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintain detailed records of installations, configurations, troubleshooting solutions, and project progress. Report status, progress, and troubleshooting tasks to project leaders and management on regular basis.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Conduct product research and market trend analysis.
