Required Skills & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\u2022 2\u20134 years of experience in injection molding, mold maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting (preferably in automotive manufacturing)<\/p>\n
\u2022 Disassemble, clean, grease, and reassemble molds correctly<\/p>\n
\u2022 Crane operation for moving molds or components<\/p>\n
\u2022 Install molds, connect water\/oil lines, and perform hot-runner connections<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintain tooling records and complete necessary check sheets<\/p>\n
\u2022 Analyze mold-related causes of defective parts<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist in planning and executing mold overhauls according to production schedule<\/p>\n
\u2022 Basic understanding of molding machine components and common molding defects<\/p>\n
\u2022 Professional degree in Injection Molding (preferred)<\/p>\n

Quality Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\u2022 Follow the company\u2019s Quality Management System (IATF16949)<\/p>\n
\u2022 Identify and implement solutions to mold-related defects<\/p>\n
\u2022 Report mold defects to QC in a timely manner<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure all issues are resolved before resuming production<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure "Red Ticket" issues are resolved before restarting the machine<\/p>\n

Mold Maintenance Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\u2022 Schedule and perform preventive and corrective mold maintenance based on production needs\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinate with production to minimize downtime during mold changeovers and overhauls<\/p>\n
\u2022 Troubleshoot machinery and maintenance issues, identify root causes<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintain clean, organized work areas (5S)\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Document maintenance activities accurately\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Follow machine\/mold – specific work instructions<\/p>\n
\u2022 Complete assigned tasks on time<\/p>\n
\u2022 Performs other related duties as required.<\/p>\n
