The organization focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering responsive sales and customer support.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h2>Position Summary<\/h2>\n<p>The Account Manager \/ Sales Manager is responsible for outside and inside sales activities and supports customer service operations to achieve sales targets and business growth. This role develops sales strategies, manages client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and coordinates sales activities with internal teams.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Sales Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends to determine customer needs, pricing strategies, and discount structures.<\/li>\n<li>Identify prospective customers through industry sources, trade shows, business directories, and online research.<\/li>\n<li>Direct sales forecasting activities and establish performance goals.<\/li>\n<li>Meet with key clients to maintain relationships and assist with negotiations and closing deals.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare periodic reports outlining sales volume, potential growth, and target markets.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate customer viability and identify opportunities for new business.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate collection activities related to delinquent accounts and maintain reporting updates.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and assist with resolving customer issues.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate sales activities with the sales team and management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Management &amp;
