Relationship Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong style=\"font-size: 18px\">Plastic Resin Sales \/ Business Development Specialist (LATAM)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Houston, TX<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Type: Full-time | Exempt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary: $80,000 \u2013 $100,000 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: Monday \u2013 Friday (9:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM, flexible schedule available)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Travel: Up to 50%<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a Plastic Resin Sales \/ Business Development Specialist to expand our export business across <strong>Latin America (LATAM).\u3000<\/strong>This role focuses on developing new customers, managing key accounts, and driving profitable growth in international resin markets.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop new customers and distributors across LATAM markets<\/li>\n<li>Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to order fulfillment and payment collection<\/li>\n<li>Achieve assigned revenue, volume, and margin targets<\/li>\n<li>Build long-term relationships with key customers and partners<\/li>\n<li>Support technical discussions and recommend appropriate resin solutions<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with logistics teams to support export operations<\/li>\n<li>Address customer concerns and resolve commercial issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3+ years of B2B sales experience in plastic resins or petrochemicals<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Knowledge of PP, PE, PS, PET or related resin products<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience with international trade or export business<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation and business development skills<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">Preferred <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Mexico or Brazil markets<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spanish or Portuguese language skills (Strongly preferred)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience in resin market analysis or trading<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Excellent Benefits are available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100% employer-paid health insurance<\/li>\n<li>401(k)<\/li>\n<li>Profit sharing<\/li>\n<li>Paid Time Off and sick leave<\/li>\n<li>Professional development support<\/li>\n<li>Commuter and wellness programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-24505","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Business Development &amp;
