Position:<\/strong> Assistant Project Manager \u2013 New Model Launch (Automotive)<\/p>\n

Position Overview<\/h2>\n

Due to business expansion, we are seeking an Assistant Project Manager<\/strong> to support project management activities related to new model launches for automotive OEM programs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure successful production preparation and product launch, including development, quality, supply chain coordination, and delivery system setup.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Manage project timelines and milestones for new automotive OEM product launches<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Coordinate production preparation activities<\/strong> from development to mass production<\/li>\n
  • Serve as a primary point of contact with OEM customers<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Oversee supply chain coordination<\/strong> with internal teams and external suppliers<\/li>\n
  • Support budget management and cost control<\/strong> throughout the project lifecycle<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with internal departments including engineering, quality, manufacturing, and logistics<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables meet customer and internal requirements<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules<\/li>\n
  • Support establishment of delivery systems and production processes<\/strong> for new vehicle programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Experience in project management for automotive parts related to new vehicle programs<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Hands-on experience in production preparation for new product launches<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Understanding of the full product lifecycle including:\n
        \n
      • Product development<\/li>\n
      • Quality management<\/li>\n
      • Production planning<\/li>\n
      • Delivery system setup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Experience working with automotive OEM customers<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Strong coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Experience working for an automotive parts manufacturer<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, or automotive project management processes<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Experience managing supplier coordination and supply chain operations<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and cost control<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Compensation & Benefits<\/h2>\n

          • Salary: $91,000 \u2013 $127,000 annually<\/strong><\/li>\n
