Position Overview<\/h3>\n

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager<\/strong> to oversee all accounting operations and financial reporting functions. This role is responsible for maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting strategic financial planning, and leading the accounting team.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with GAAP<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports<\/li>\n
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis<\/li>\n
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate internal and external audits<\/li>\n
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and financial performance<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management<\/li>\n
  • Lead, train, and manage accounting staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Additional Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies<\/li>\n
    • Improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency<\/li>\n
    • Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation<\/li>\n
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations<\/li>\n
    • Support quality management systems and internal audits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience<\/li>\n
      • Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate finance<\/li>\n
      • Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and internal controls<\/li>\n
      • Leadership experience managing accounting teams<\/li>\n
      • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills<\/li>\n
      • Japanese at an idiomatic level. English above business level.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
