This role acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams, helping to coordinate project activities, manage client expectations, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who can effectively communicate with both business stakeholders and technical teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Client Engagement &amp; Project Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Conduct initial assessments to understand client business needs and project objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Translate business requirements into actionable plans for internal project teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Provide guidance and consulting support related to business processes and IT solutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Project Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities including scope, schedule, resources, and risks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Track project progress and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Identify potential risks and escalate issues when necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Team Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Work closely with internal technical teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support the development of project documentation, reports, and deliverables.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of consulting services and processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Client Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Provide post-implementation support and maintain strong relationships with clients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Help ensure that implemented solutions align with client business goals.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Bachelor<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Minimum <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">3 years of experience<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\"> in project coordination, consulting, or a client-facing role supporting technical or IT projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Business-level <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Japanese and English language proficiency<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Experience working in IT consulting, system implementation, or ERP-related projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Familiarity with ERP systems such as <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Understanding of business processes such as <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">accounting, operations, or
