About the Role<\/h3>\n

We are looking for an experienced ERP Manager<\/strong> to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects<\/strong> while also supporting presales activities and solution consulting<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, business operations, and client engagement<\/strong>. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales teams, offshore engineering teams, and clients<\/strong> to design and implement ERP solutions that drive operational efficiency and financial performance.<\/p>\n

This position offers the opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping ERP solutions while leading implementation initiatives from discovery to go-live<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/h3>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

ERP Implementation & Project Leadership<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects<\/strong> from discovery and design through go-live and post-implementation support<\/li>\n
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations<\/li>\n
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with offshore engineering teams<\/strong> to ensure development quality and efficient task execution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Presales & Solution Consulting<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Participate in client discovery meetings and requirements workshops<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Design ERP solutions aligned with business and financial objectives<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Support proposal development, RFP\/RFI responses, and client presentations<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Prepare solution architecture, implementation approaches, and project estimates<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Partner with the sales team to support ERP-related business opportunities<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Business Process & Functional Leadership<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Translate business requirements into ERP functional configurations<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Advise clients on best practices in Finance, Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory<\/strong> processes<\/li>\n
      • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Align ERP solutions with financial reporting and management requirements<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Team Leadership & Collaboration<\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Supervise ERP consultants and coordinate with external vendors<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Work with global headquarters teams on cross-border ERP initiatives<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Collaborate closely with offshore development teams<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Mentor junior consultants and help build internal ERP expertise<\/li>\n
        • Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and department leaders<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Governance & Continuous Improvement<\/h4>\n
            \n
          • Support user acceptance testing (UAT)<\/strong> and implementation readiness<\/li>\n
          • Provide client training and system adoption support<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Travel to client sites when needed for testing, training, and implementation support<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Establish ERP governance, documentation, and best practices<\/li>\n
          • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements and improvements<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Promote adoption of Microsoft ecosystem tools (Power Platform, reporting tools, etc.)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n
              \n
            • 5+ years of ERP implementation experience<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • 2+ years of project leadership or project management experience<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Experience supporting presales or solution consulting activities<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central<\/strong> preferred<\/li>\n
            • Solid understanding of Finance, Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory processes<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Experience creating project estimates, implementation plans, and delivery timelines<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Experience working with offshore or distributed engineering teams<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Business-level Japanese proficiency (\u65e5\u5e38\u4f1a\u8a71\u30ec\u30d9\u30eb\u4ee5\u4e0a)<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship<\/li>\n
            • Must be available for hybrid work in Torrance, CA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n
                \n
              • Experience in IT services or ERP consulting firms<\/strong><\/li>\n
              • Experience supporting Japanese subsidiaries in the U.S.<\/strong><\/li>\n
              • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform<\/strong><\/li>\n
              • PMP certification<\/strong> or equivalent project management training<\/li>\n
              • Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
