The Sales Assistant will support sales representatives by coordinating communications with clients, headquarters, and factories regarding samples, production, shipping, and supplied components. This role also involves order processing, logistics coordination, and general administrative support.<\/p>\n

[Key Responsibilities]<\/p>\n
Sales Support<\/strong><\/p>\n Supporting and communicating with clients, headquarters, and factories for sales representatives (samples, production, shipping, supplied components, agreements, etc.)<\/p>\n Supporting tracking of sales projects for sales representatives<\/p>\n Supporting the development of a Sales Operations Process Manual<\/p>\n Preparing internal documents by entering information provided by sales representatives into designated formats and sending them to the Sales Department at headquarters<\/p>\n Organizing data related to sales projects<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Order Management & Logistics<\/strong><\/p>\n Receiving and issuing purchase orders<\/p>\n Preparing and sending invoices and packing lists<\/p>\n Communicating with customers and factories regarding shipping schedules for goods and components<\/p>\n Communicating with customers regarding product shipments<\/p>\n *Experience in logistics or order processing is preferred, but specialized knowledge is not strictly required.<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Coordination & Administrative Support<\/strong><\/p>\n Supporting and communicating with testing companies and R&D regarding product testing<\/p>\n Checking mail and packages delivered to the office<\/p>\n Shipping packages to clients<\/p>\n Assisting with preparations for cosmetic trade show participation<\/p>\n Performing other general administrative duties as required<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Qualifications<\/p>\n English: Expert level<\/p>\n Japanese: Business level<\/p>\n Interest in the cosmetics or beauty industry is highly welcomed<\/p>\n Experience in logistics, order processing, or sales support is a plus<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Work Environment<\/p>\n Work Schedule<\/p>\n Full-time<\/p>\n Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM\u20135:00 PM<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Hybrid work available after the first 3 months (manager approval required):<\/strong><\/p>\n 3 days in the office<\/p>\n 2 days working from home<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Compensation<\/p>\n $25 \u2013 $30 \/ hour<\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-24559","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
