The U.S. office focuses on engineering support, prototyping, and customer engagement while working closely with global engineering and production teams to deliver customized manufacturing solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">This position is ideal for someone who enjoys\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">combining technical understanding with business development<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">, supporting customer projects from concept to production.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Lead sales and business development activities to identify and secure new customer opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Build and expand customer relationships using CRM tools and proactive outreach<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Communicate with customers to understand project requirements, component specifications, and manufacturing needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Review\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">3D CAD models and 2D technical drawings<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0to support accurate project proposals<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Collaborate with internal engineering teams, including international technical teams, to clarify project requirements and feasibility<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Coordinate with production sites to launch new projects, including tooling and mold development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support prototyping activities such as\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Investment Casting and Metal Injection Molding (MIM)<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0to validate project concepts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Utilize basic measurement tools and interpret\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">GD&amp;T<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0to understand component quality and manufacturing requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Manage projects and maintain communication between customers, engineering teams, and production partners<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Interest in\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">engineering, manufacturing, or STEM-related fields<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Experience in\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">manufacturing, technical sales, engineering, or related industries<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0is preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to customers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Proficiency in\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Microsoft Office and basic Excel functions<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">English required; conversational Japanese preferred<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0for communication with international engineering teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred but not required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-24561","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
