This role serves as a critical bridge between the U.S. entity and headquarters in Japan, ensuring financial discipline, governance, and organizational alignment.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong expertise in finance and administration, capable of navigating cross-cultural dynamics and building a robust management infrastructure.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Financial Management &amp; Treasury<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Manage cash flow and liquidity, including addressing funding-related challenges<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement effective cash management strategies<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with headquarters on financial planning and capital allocation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Governance &amp; Internal Controls<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and enhance internal control frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen corporate governance across the U.S. entity<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies<\/li>\n<li>Improve financial transparency and reporting accuracy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Organizational Leadership<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and develop the administrative team (including IT\/Admin Manager and part-time staff)<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and oversight to expatriate employees (engineering and sales functions)<\/li>\n<li>Address organizational challenges, including compensation expectations and internal conflicts<\/li>\n<li>Build a structured and accountable management environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Headquarters Collaboration (Critical)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary liaison between Japan headquarters and U.S. operations<\/li>\n<li>Translate headquarters\u2019 strategies into actionable initiatives locally<\/li>\n<li>Align U.S. operations with global direction and priorities<\/li>\n<li>Manage and resolve cross-border communication gaps and friction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>HR &amp;
