This position is responsible for driving sales promotions, coordinating domestic and export sales, and providing customer service. The Sales Representative will identify potential customers, maintain relationships, develop strategic sales plans, and keep management informed of all relevant activities. He\/she will also assist in the distribution of Japanese food products domestically or U.S. food products export to Asian countries. Key responsibilities include order management, complaint resolution, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products. In addition, this role provides critical support to\u00a0to the President by attending meetings, assisting in the preparation of business documents, and helping to refine operational procedures and practices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: tahoma\"><u>Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Sales Promotions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, nurturing these relationships through regular follow-up, especially after submitting proposals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Understand customer needs and budgetary constraints to develop and implement sales strategies, revising plans periodically as directed by management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Develop comprehensive sales materials and deliver engaging presentations, introducing promotional products to stimulate demand.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Establish and meet clear sales and action goals, proactively implementing the strategic sales plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Pursue and capitalize on new leads and referrals from sales activities to diversify and expand the customer base.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Proactively communicate with current and prospective clients to identify sales opportunities, identify market trends.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Document all sales activities, customer interactions, proposals, orders, and issues in weekly reports to ensure management is kept informed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Continually acquire and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company&#039;s products in order to promote them effectively.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Domestic Sales Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the effective distribution of Japanese Wagyu to domestic wholesalers, adjusting strategies based on market trends, competitor activities and consumer preferences.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Establish and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers by understanding and responding to their unique needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Provide accurate and timely product information and pricing to customers and manage order processes to ensure prompt and quality delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Drive customer loyalty through effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">OR<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with export procedures and regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Regularly update customers on order status and promptly respond to export-related inquiries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Gain a deep understanding of international meat market dynamics, including trends, consumer behavior, and trade regulations, in order to develop effective strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">Streamline logistics and supply chain processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of exported products.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"font-family:
