This role is responsible for leading the sales organization, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities within a B2B distribution environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">In addition, you will oversee digital marketing initiatives, including e-commerce and web-based strategies. This is a key leadership position that works closely with executive management and plays a central role in shaping the company\u2019s future growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Lead and manage a sales team, including inside and outside sales representatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve both short-term revenue goals and long-term business growth<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Expand existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new customers, markets, and sales channels within the <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">metals \/ industrial sector<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives, including e-commerce and online marketing strategies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Establish and improve sales processes, KPIs, and CRM utilization<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Develop pricing strategies to enhance profitability, particularly for <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">metal products and materials distribution<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning and strategic initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support business development activities, including evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Bachelor\u2019s degree required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Experience in the metals, materials, manufacturing, or industrial products industry is strongly required<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Proven track record of leading and growing a sales organization<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Experience in developing and executing business or growth strategies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Basic knowledge of digital marketing and\/or e-commerce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Must be authorized to work in the United States<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Business-level Japanese language skills (reading, writing, speaking)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Experience in business development or launching new business initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Experience working in small to mid-sized company environments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong understanding of <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">metal products, supply chains, and distribution business models<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ideal Candidate<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Deep understanding of the <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">metals or industrial materials industry<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\"> and its customer base<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Able to improve and optimize existing operations while building new growth opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strategic thinker with strong execution skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with executive leadership<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Compensation &amp;
