We are looking for a Sales Assistant to provide support to our sales team and ensure a seamless<\/p>\n
customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to<\/p>\n
detail, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible<\/p>\n
for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner<\/p>\n
\u2022 Processing orders accurately and efficiently<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintaining customer records and ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate<\/p>\n
\u2022 Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met<\/p>\n
\u2022 Providing excellent phone etiquette<\/p>\n
\u2022 Prompt\/timely correspondence<\/p>\n
\u2022 Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Minimum 3 years in customer service experience<\/p>\n
