A growing distributor serving clients across the U.S. and Latin America seeks a detail-oriented Sales Representative to expand customer relationships and support order fulfillment and event activities.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Position Summary<\/h1>\n

Own a regional book of business across parts of the U.S. and Latin America. You\u2019ll drive revenue through outreach and relationship management while coordinating shipping\/warehouse tasks and representing the company at vendor shows and exhibitions. Role involves regular domestic travel and approximately one annual international trip.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h1>\n
    \n
  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of distributors and end users; identify and pursue new business opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct proactive outreach (calls, emails, in-person meetings) and present tailored product solutions to close sales and secure long-term contracts.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate order processing, shipping, and basic warehouse activities to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.<\/li>\n
  • Plan and attend vendor shows\/exhibitions; support meeting logistics and follow-up with prospects.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain thorough CRM\/activity records and provide regular updates on pipeline and results.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h1>\n

    Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Business level English; conversational to business-level Spanish (written and verbal).<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.<\/li>\n
    • Strong relationship-building, communication, and follow-through skills.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to travel domestically as needed and internationally ~1x\/year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Experience in B2B sales, distribution, or account management.<\/li>\n
      • Background supporting trade shows\/exhibitions.<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with basic shipping\/warehouse workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
