The position focuses on commercial insurance lines, while also supporting personal lines program business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">You will work closely with agents, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and build long-term relationships. This role also includes team management responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Business Development &amp; Account Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Western region<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Maintain and strengthen relationships with agents, brokers, and clients<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Manage assigned accounts, including global clients<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Achieve sales and production goals with a focus on profitability<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Client &amp; Internal Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Collaborate with internal departments such as Underwriting, Claims, Loss Control, and Audit<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with client needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Monitor client loss trends and provide strategic support<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Market &amp; Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Analyze market trends and competitor activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Contribute to business development strategies and new product initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Team Management &amp;
