The ideal candidate combines consultative selling skills with an entrepreneurial approach and thrives in a growth-oriented environment.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets<\/li>\n<li>Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close<\/li>\n<li>Identify new business opportunities within O&amp;P clinics, distributors, and partners<\/li>\n<li>Build and strengthen relationships with key O&amp;P stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations<\/li>\n<li>Expand revenue within existing accounts while cultivating new clinic partnerships<\/li>\n<li>Monitor regional trends and customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Provide actionable feedback to leadership and product teams<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting<\/li>\n<li>Provide consistent updates on sales activity and regional performance<\/li>\n<li>Represent the organization at trade shows and regional industry events<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to overall brand visibility and customer journey initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Required<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5\u20137 years of B2B sales experience (medical device or O&amp;P strongly preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Established relationships within the O&amp;P profession<\/li>\n<li>Proven history of meeting or exceeding quota<\/li>\n<li>Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple accounts independently<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (~70%)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><u>Preferred<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience selling O&amp;P technology solutions<\/li>\n<li>Background in startup or high-growth medical device environments<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CRM systems and pipeline tracking tools<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-24611","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
