This role focuses on day-to-day accounting operations, cash flow management, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. The position requires close collaboration with global teams, including overseas headquarters, domestic branches, vendors, and customers.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process and reconcile accounts receivable (A\/R) and accounts payable (A\/P) transactions accurately and in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Prepare customer invoices, vendor payments, and supporting documentation<\/li>\n<li>Monitor receivables, assist with collections, and resolve billing discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules for management and audits<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate intercompany transactions with international offices<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized accounting records and contribute to process improvements<\/li>\n<li>May be assigned other duties by managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in both Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required<\/li>\n<li>Associate\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>7-10 years of accounting experience, capable of handling comprehensive accounting responsibilities, including AP\/AR, closing and audit support.
