Summary of the Position:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant is needed to support the OEM food manufacturing sales team. This role focuses on coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and assisting with product development and project execution.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate has experience in the food industry, especially in private label, co-packing, or OEM business, and enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • Support sales team with day-to-day operations and client communication<\/li>\n
  • Identify new business opportunities and present product capabilities<\/li>\n
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships<\/li>\n
  • Assist with product development projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners<\/li>\n
  • Provide basic technical support and product information to customers<\/li>\n
  • Help ensure smooth product launches by aligning cross-functional teams<\/li>\n
  • Prepare materials and support logistics for meetings, inspections, and trade shows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Experience in food industry (OEM, private label, or co-packing preferred)<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills<\/li>\n

    • Self-motivated and eager to learn about the food manufacturing industry<\/li>\n
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
