Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Our Client, a Japanese luxury resale startup is opening a new store in West Hollywood this October.<\/p>\n

We are hiring team members to join from the early stage and grow with the business.<\/p>\n

All hires will participate in a 3-month training program in Malaysia (July\u2013September)<\/strong> to learn luxury brand knowledge and authentication skills.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Authenticate luxury brand items (condition & authenticity check)<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate product value and pricing<\/li>\n
  • Purchase and source inventory<\/li>\n
  • Support in-store sales and customer service<\/li>\n
  • Assist with daily operations (inventory, display, coordination)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Training (Malaysia \u2013 3 months)<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Brand knowledge (weekly training)<\/li>\n
    • Authentication skills (materials, texture, smell, etc.)<\/li>\n
    • Pricing and product evaluation<\/li>\n
    • Hands-on practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Japanese: JLPT N2 or higher<\/li>\n
      • English: Expert level<\/li>\n
      • Strong interest in luxury brands \/ fashion<\/li>\n
      • Willing to learn and grow in a hands-on role<\/li>\n
      • Detail-oriented and organized<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Retail \/ customer service experience<\/li>\n
