Position Summary:<\/span><\/h3>\n

We are seeking a highly capable <\/span>Warehouse Operations Manager<\/strong> to lead daily warehouse operations while driving warehouse automation initiatives, including the implementation of an upcoming <\/span>ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This role extends beyond traditional warehouse management and plays a critical part in operational optimization, systems integration (WMS \/ ERP \/ EDI), and data\u2011driven inventory control to support long\u2011term business growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h3>\n

Warehouse Operations Management<\/span><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put\u2011away, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and service level performance<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Manage warehouse product modification processes<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Align warehouse priorities with Inside Sales and operations teams<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Drive continuous improvement to optimize turnaround time and throughput<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Manage staff scheduling, productivity, training, and safety compliance<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Plan and execute annual physical inventory<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Automation & ASRS Implementation<\/span><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Lead planning, implementation, and optimization of the ASRS system<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Serve as internal project manager coordinating with ASRS vendors, WMS providers, IT, and senior operations leadership<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Design operational workflows integrating automation and manual processes<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Identify opportunities to improve storage density, throughput, and labor productivity<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Develop warehouse layout and scalable operational strategies<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Establish and monitor key KPIs including order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment lead time<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Systems & Integration<\/span><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Manage and optimize warehouse systems including WMS, ERP (SAP preferred), and EDI integrations<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Collaborate closely with IT and external service providers to ensure system stability and data integrity<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and automation initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Data Analysis & Operational Insights<\/span><\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Analyze inventory movement and operational performance<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Develop reports and dashboards to support data\u2011driven decision making<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Use analytics to improve warehouse layout, picking efficiency, shipping accuracy, modification turnaround time, and service levels<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Process Improvement & Scalability<\/span><\/h4>\n
            \n
          • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Support long\u2011term warehouse automation, scalability, and operational excellence<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Qualifications<\/span><\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field<\/span><\/li>\n
            • 5+ years of warehouse operations management experience<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Strong IT literacy; experience with WMS, ERP (SAP), and EDI preferred<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Project management experience in logistics or supply chain systems preferred<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Fluent in spoken and written English<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Work Environment & Physical Requirements<\/span><\/h3>\n
                \n
              • Work performed primarily in a warehouse environment with standard office equipment<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Role is primarily sedentary but may require standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Occasional domestic business travel<\/span><\/li>\n
              • May require work beyond standard business hours as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
