Position Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This role is suited for an individual with strong numerical aptitude and experience in accounting support functions. The position focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting processes, and assisting with operational coordination across teams.<\/p>\n

\n<\/hr>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Perform daily accounting support tasks, including:\n
      \n
    • Data entry and record maintenance<\/li>\n
    • Invoice processing and billing<\/li>\n
    • Accounts payable and accounts receivable support (payments and collections)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Maintain accurate financial and transactional records<\/li>\n
    • Assist with sales administration and operational support<\/li>\n
    • Support internal reporting and documentation<\/li>\n
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n<\/hr>\n

      Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • 1\u20133+ years of experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, or related roles<\/li>\n
      • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy<\/li>\n
      • Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP\/AR, invoicing, etc.)<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel<\/li>\n
      • Strong organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Experience with accounting systems (SAP preferred)<\/li>\n
        • Experience supporting sales operations or back-office functions<\/li>\n
        • Japanese language skills are a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n<\/hr>\n
