A manufacturing company in Fremont, CA is hiring a <\/span>Mechanical Engineer. The company\u2019s products are widely used in industrial machinery, semiconductors, earthquake resistance, and the IT industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

*<\/span>Over three years of experience in plastic processing, plastic piping design, and plastic piping manufacturing related to the semiconductor market. Experience using CAD in work operations is required.<\/p>\n

JOB SUMMARY\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will be responsible for discussing technical issues with our clients.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\tPlan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tDevelop testing processes and perform testing and validation of new designs.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tGenerate working prototypes for customer demonstration.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tPerform engineering calculations to support design work.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2022\tCreate and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2022\tPerform detailed documentation to track project development and design process.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2022\tConduct presentations (company introduction, product introduction, technical explanations, etc.).<\/p>\n

\u2022\tCreate meeting minutes especially for engineering issue.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2022\tAnswer customer's engineering inquiries by telephone and e-mail.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2022\tPrepare request forms (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, Consideration Request form \u2013 Kentoirai, and other requirements) upon customer\u2019s request and sends these forms.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tPrepare paperwork (Inspection reports and Quotes) for repaired pumps.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tPerform any and all additional duties as required by company management.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2022\tRequired to travel throughout the US and Japan. Travel to other countries may be required.\u00a0<\/p>\n

REQUIRED SKILLS\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Experience using CAD in work operations is required.<\/p>\n

\u2022Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner<\/p>\n

\u2022Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n

\u2022Excellent presentation and creativity skills<\/p>\n

\u2022A BS Mechanical Engineering degree is a must<\/p>\n
