JOB FUNCTIONS\/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Executes money market transactions for cash deposit.<\/p>\n 2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Executes foreign exchange transactions for our custodial customers<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Prepares monthly Treasury meetings and quarterly Treasury Committee meetings.<\/p>\n 4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Updates various policies, procedures, and manuals.<\/p>\n 5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Analyzes the Treasury\u2019s monthly operations, performance, and proposals for future strategies of money investment, foreign exchange, and securities investment.<\/p>\n 6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Supports foreign exchange system enhancement initiatives, including creation and review of user acceptance test cases<\/p>\n 7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Handles periodical reporting and other day-to-day correspondence with counterparts, including those Japanese counterparts. <\/p>\n 8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Keeps the related departments and senior management up to date regarding developments in the Treasury market<\/p>\n 9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Assists in analyzing the legal, tax, and\/or accounting issues with respect to treasury and securities lending products.<\/p>\n 10.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintains and updates the account profile of the treasury and securities lending customers.<\/p>\n 11.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Obtains and maintains appropriate information from proposed customers such as customer name, address, taxpayer identification number and government-issued documents<\/p>\n 12.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Performs all functions as assigned by manager.<\/p>\n
