Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

A highly motivated and analytical Strategy Consulting Manager is sought to support cross-border business initiatives between Japan and North America. This role involves working closely with executive-level clients across various industries to deliver data-driven strategic recommendations.<\/p>\n

This position offers strong career growth opportunities within a newly established U.S. consulting team, along with exposure to global markets including North America, Europe, and APAC.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Lead end-to-end project execution and manage consulting teams<\/li>\n
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry\/regulatory research<\/li>\n
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis and business insights<\/li>\n
  • Manage client relationships and present findings to executive stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • Prepare client deliverables, primarily using PowerPoint<\/li>\n
  • Support business development efforts, including proposal creation<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions<\/li>\n
  • Mentor and support junior team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 7\u201310 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy\n
        \n
      • (5+ years acceptable for candidates from consulting firms)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Japanese\/English bilingual proficiency (Japanese required)<\/li>\n
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills<\/li>\n
      • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and logically<\/li>\n
      • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders<\/li>\n
      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel<\/li>\n
