Primarily supports communication between customer engineers and design teams.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Sales Management:\n<ul>\n<li>Establish sales targets and manage progress based on customer production information, and shipment\/inventory status. Collaborate with the sales team in Japan to ensure shipments to customers and create production requests for appropriate timing and quantity. Propose and promote continuous improvements to the production, export, storage and sales processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Market Complaint Response:\n<ul>\n<li>Receive complaint parts found in market from our customers, send them to the parent company in Japan, and respond to analytical reports from Japan to the customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Invoice\/Payment Processing:\n<ul>\n<li>Invoice and payment processing for customers and suppliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Company Management:\n<ul>\n<li>Compliance with operating, financial and legal policies and procedures.
