Sales Assistant (Trading \/ Logistics) \u2013 Japanese Bilingual<\/h2>\n

Location: Houston, TX 77077 (Hybrid)<\/p>\n

Position Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support trading and logistics operations. This role includes coordinating shipments, preparing documents, and supporting sales and accounting functions.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Coordinate shipments and logistics arrangements<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and process shipping documents<\/li>\n
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams<\/li>\n
  • Prepare contracts and track order status<\/li>\n
  • Issue invoices and support accounts receivable\/payable<\/li>\n
  • Monitor inventory and shipment status<\/li>\n
  • Input and manage data using internal systems and Excel<\/li>\n
  • Assist with monthly reports and closing tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li>\n
    • Good communication and professional business manner<\/li>\n
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines<\/li>\n
    • Basic knowledge of accounting (preferred)<\/li>\n
    • Experience in logistics, trading, or administrative support is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n<\/hr>\n

      Language Requirement<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • English proficiency required<\/li>\n
      • Japanese is preferred (basic or conversational level acceptable)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n<\/hr>\n

        Compensation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        • $50,000\/year + bonus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n<\/hr>\n
