We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records<\/li>\n
  • Support inventory management, supply ordering, and vendor coordination<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and efficiency<\/li>\n
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and related documentation<\/li>\n
  • Conduct research and prepare reports to support business initiatives<\/li>\n
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and presentations as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Japanese language skills <\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Associate\u2019s or bachelor\u2019s degree preferred<\/li>\n
    • Previous experience in administrative or operations support is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)<\/li>\n
    • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n
    • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
