New Business Acquisition<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, target, and win new customers through outbound outreach, referrals, and industry networks<\/li>\n<li>Own the <strong>full sales cycle<\/strong>: prospecting \u2192 discovery \u2192 pitch \u2192 pricing \u2192 negotiation \u2192 close<\/li>\n<li>Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>2. Go-to-Market Execution<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner closely with executive leadership to execute U.S. GTM strategy<\/li>\n<li>Develop and refine:\n<ul>\n<li>Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)<\/li>\n<li>Messaging and positioning<\/li>\n<li>Qualification criteria and sales playbooks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>3. Customer Onboarding &amp; Early Success<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure a structured and seamless onboarding experience<\/li>\n<li>Act as the bridge between <strong>Sales and Operations<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Proactively resolve cross-functional challenges to ensure delivery excellence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>4. Product Feedback &amp; Market Insights<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams<\/li>\n<li>Help shape product roadmap (TMS \/ OMS \/ WMS) based on customer needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>5.
