This role is responsible for sourcing a wide range of components from multiple vendors and coordinating closely with internal teams and overseas stakeholders, particularly in Japan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">The Buyer will act as a key liaison between vendors and international customers, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and compliance with U.S. export regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Manage quoting, purchasing, receiving, and invoicing processes <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Process data entry including S.O., P.O., RMA, and credit transactions <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Coordinate delivery updates, expedite orders, and track shipments <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Communicate with vendors and overseas teams (primarily Japan) to resolve issues <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support export operations including ITAR\/DOS license applications and compliance <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Utilize purchasing strategies such as forecast buying, blanket orders, and letters of intent <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Native-level bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">required<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or export operations is preferred but not required <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Knowledge of U.S. export regulations (ITAR\/DOS) is a plus <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Work Environment &amp;
