{"id":24718,"date":"2026-04-09T15:29:48","date_gmt":"2026-04-09T15:29:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/062003\/"},"modified":"2026-04-09T15:29:48","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T15:29:48","slug":"062003","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/d3q8xutu1rneyj.cloudfront.net\/en\/job\/062003\/","title":{"rendered":"Accountant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Accountant \u2013 Madison, AL (On-site)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Full-time | $55,000\u2013$70,000 DOE<\/p>\n<p>Join a global automotive plastics manufacturer with a growing U.S. presence<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role is a strong entry point into manufacturing accounting within a well-established Japanese company expanding in the U.S. You\u2019ll gain hands-on experience in Accounts Payable while building exposure to broader accounting functions tied directly to production and operations.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process high-volume vendor invoices (raw materials, supplies, services)<\/li>\n<li>Perform three-way matching (PO, receiving, invoice)<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Purchasing\/Receiving to resolve discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Maintain vendor master data and AP records<\/li>\n<li>Execute payment runs (checks, ACH, wires)<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile vendor statements and manage AP aging<\/li>\n<li>Support cash flow planning and working capital tracking<\/li>\n<li>Assist with month-end\/year-end close and journal entries<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile general ledger accounts<\/li>\n<li>Support reporting, audits, and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to process improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting<\/li>\n<li>2\u20135 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Strong Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment<\/li>\n<li>ERP experience required<\/li>\n<li>Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups)<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Eagerness to grow within a structured, team-oriented environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why This Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build a strong foundation in manufacturing accounting<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to full-cycle accounting and financial operations<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to grow within a global company with an expanding U.S. footprint<\/li>\n<li>Stable, team-oriented environment with long-term potential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-24718","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
