This position blends hands-on technical expertise with client-facing collaboration in a fast-paced IT environment.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> \u2022 Promote excellent customer service, effective response times, and provide expert insights into general support issues. Enforce quality of service guidelines for dealing with customers, completing services, and overall customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p> \u2022 Travel to data centers or client sites for on-site technical work.
