General Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

The RF Engineer will be<\/span>\u00a0a key interface between the Company\u2019s product line and support organization in terms of operations, reliability, quality, test engineering, and procurement.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Your responsibility will include but not limited to\u00a0<\/span>applied research, design, development, evaluation, manufacturing, and documentation of products or systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

Essential Job Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Design and analyze systems, products, and subsystems\/circuits to specification, cost, budget, schedule, and quality goals.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Act as the technical face to customers for all pre-sales activities for RF products.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Diagnose issues of moderate scope with design, field performance, reliability and test yields of products and recommend\/implement corrective actions to address.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Follow key engineering procedures including the Product Development and Engineering Change Order processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Troubleshooting of complex systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Manage many aspects of programs or projects and the correspond administrative documentation and paperwork.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Take a project leadership role in cross-functional project teams to execute upon new product developments.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Participate in the finalization of documentation required to ensure proper production of volume products based on optimizations done in the development process.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Other duties and projects as assigned and developed.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering\/ Science or related; OR any equivalent combination of experience, training, and\/or education.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, ADS, PSIM and Smith Chart for engineering, SPC, ALT, DVT, ESS, HALT, HASS, GRR and Lean Six sigma for quality and reliability.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, initiative, attention-to-detail, highly organized, and personal commitment to quality.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result oriented growth business and e<\/span>ffectively time manage and prioritize.<\/span><\/p>\n

Work Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Standard office environment utilizing standard office equipment, a busy lab, and\/or clean room 95% of the time.<\/span><\/p>\n
