Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Location：South San Francisco

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary: $23–27/hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join a growing team in South San Francisco!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and a stable weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, shipping)
• Review shipping documents and customer orders
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock control
• Support distribution activities and customer inquiries
• Ensure compliance with TSA / CTPAT / TAPA regulations
• Maintain safety standards and warehouse equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 months of related experience (warehouse/logistics preferred)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Forklift certification & HAZMAT knowledge are a plus

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with moderate activity
• Lifting up to 75 lbs may be required, but most items are light (around a few kg; max ~20 kg), making the role accessible to a wide range of candidates
