We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead business growth in the U.S. dental market. This role focuses on expanding distributor partnerships, developing direct relationships with dental professionals, and driving product adoption that enhances patient care and clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales expertise, industry knowledge, and the ability to build credibility within the dental community.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the dental, medical device, or healthcare industry
  • Experience working with dental distributors, clinics, or DSOs preferred
  • Proven ability to develop new business and manage key accounts
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills with dental professionals
  • Ability to travel frequently for client visits, conferences, and training sessions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share within the U.S. dental market
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors while identifying and onboarding new partners
  • Build direct relationships with dentists, dental clinics, and DSOs to drive product adoption
  • Conduct daily outreach, including calls and in-person visits, to generate new business opportunities
  • Deliver product presentations and training sessions to dental professionals and distributors
  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the dental field to enhance product awareness and credibility
  • Create and maintain sales and marketing materials tailored to dental applications
  • Train distributors on product features, clinical value, and effective sales approaches
  • Monitor distributor performance and provide strategic guidance to improve results
  • Stay informed on dental market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Continuously develop product and industry knowledge within the dental field
  • May be assigned other duties by managers
