Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle of real estate projects (planning → development → leasing → disposition)
Coordinate with developers, contractors, and internal/external stakeholders
Conduct market analysis and build financial models for investment decisions
Oversee asset performance, leasing, tenant relations, and value optimization (NOI)
Monitor budgets, risks, compliance, and reporting
Travel for site visits and partner management
Act as a bridge between U.S. operations and Tokyo HQ leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
8+ years in real estate development/asset management (multi-family preferred)
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
Knowledge of U.S. real estate regulations and property systems
Ability to manage multiple assets and stakeholders across regions
Preferred
Professional certifications (CPM, CCIM, RICS)
Experience across asset types (commercial, residential, mixed-use)
